West Springfield, MA: Are you a West Springfield resident? Are you planning on spending the holidays with your loved one? Are any of your loved ones or even yourself high-risk for COVID-19? 

The Town of West Springfield, in conjunction with American Medical Response (AMR) is working for you to provide a COVID-19 testing site for the holiday season. Do your part to get tested before visiting your loved ones. We encourage you to practice safe holiday activities. 

This test site will be free and only service West Springfield Residents.

Q: When will the COVID Test Site be held? 
A: Thursday, November 19th, 2020 from 3:00PM - 7:00PM

Q: What do we do when we get there? 
A: Keep your windows up! Make sure you have your proof of residency ready and proceed along the route. 

Q: Where do we enter? 
A: 514 Amostown Rd, and Testing will take place in the West Springfield High School Parking Lot.

Q: Can I get a test if I do not live in West Springfield? 
A: No, this clinic is only for West Springfield Residents. American Medical Response  is holding a clinic at the ​Eastfield Mall​. ​American Family Care (AFC)​ is also doing rapid COVID Testing. Find another testing site by visiting this ​website here​.

Q: How can I/Should I pre-register?

Q: How long will it take to get my results? 
A: Results will be returned in under 72 hours. Negative results will get emailed and positive results will receive a phone call. 

The Town of West Springfield is committed to keeping their residents safe by providing testing during the holiday season. We encourage you to participate and do your part to stop the spread. At this clinic we will only be able to provide 750 tests in this time span. If you are unable to get tested at this site, please visit Mass.gov’s website for other local testing locations.
