The city’s winter parking rules are in place to improve efficiency in clearing streets from snow, ice and debris all winter. From December 1^st through April 30^th, overnight winter parking regulations are in effect between the hours of midnight and 6:00 AM. Vehicles must alternate sides for overnight parking.
 
On Odd Numbered Days: Between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., vehicles shall only be parked on that side of the street having odd-numbered street addresses. (East and South Sides)
 
On Even-Numbered Days: Between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., vehicles shall only be parked on that side of the street having even-numbered street addresses. (North and West Sides)

Streets posted with “No Parking,” restrictions shall remain in effect; therefore are NOT under alternate side parking rules.
