SUSPECT(S): Victor Michael Jaramillo, a 32-year-old resident of Phoenix, Arizona
VICTIM(S): Confidential; and People of the State of California
SUMMARY: On November 17, 2020, at 9:21 p.m., Deputy R. Alfaro conducted a traffic stop on a black Suzuki motorcycle in the area of Mountain View Avenue and Mission Road for a California Vehicle Code violation. Alfaro conducted a records-check on the motorcycle and discovered it was stolen. The rider, Victor Michael Jaramillo, was arrested on a felony violation of PC 496d(a) Possession of a Stolen Motorcycle. Jaramillo was also found to be in possession of a large amount of marijuana and a digital scale. Jaramillo received an additional charge for H&S 11360(a) Transportation of Marijuana for Sales. Jaramillo was booked into jail at the Central Detention Center where he is being held on $50,000 bail.
