November 9th
Vehicle Burglary (Suspect Arrested)
8900 block Santa Monica Blvd
11/09/2020 @ 1352. A man forced the rear passenger’s side window down to gain access and ransacked the interior but did not take anything. A witness notified WHD and the suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #05044

November 10th
Aggravated Assault - Other Weapon
Almont Drive / Santa Monica Blvd
11/10/2020 @ 1505. A woman threw two glass bottles at the victim during a road rage incident. #05058

11/10/2020 @ 0330. A man jumped over a fence to gain access to the property and pried a mail box open and removed mail. #05055

Vehicle Burglary
8400 block Sunset Blvd
11/10/2020 @ 1900-2045. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a laptop computer, ear pods, and wallet from the trunk. #05063

1200 block N Detroit Street
11/10/2020 @ 1930-1630. An unknown suspect removed paperwork and a cell phone charger from the glove box. No sign of forced entry. #05097

1000 block Hilldale Avenue 
11/11/2020 @ 0949. A man used an open garage door to gain access and removed a purse, jewelry, and luggage from the bedroom. #05090

Strong Arm Robbery
7100 block Santa Monica Blvd
11/11/2020 @ 1420. A woman pulled a laptop computer from the victim’s hands and fled the area in a vehicle. The incident occurred after the victim placed an ad online to sell a computer and met with the suspect to complete the transaction. #05073

November 12th
Aggravated Assault – Knife (Suspect Arrested)
1000 block Gardner Street
11/12/2020 @ 1015. A man pointed a knife and lunged at the victim after he was told to leave the residence. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #05081

Aggravated Assault – Gun (Suspect Arrested)
1200 block N Fairfax Avenue
11/12/2020 @ 2035. A man pointed a handgun at his neighbor during a dispute in the parking garage. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #05098

11/12/2020 @ 1930. A man smashed the front window with a hammer to gain access. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #05095
