South Pasadena Police Department Detectives are currently investigating an altercation between a juvenile and sidewalk vendor during a rally at Fair Oaks Av. and Mission St. on Sunday, November 1st, at about 5:45 pm. SPPD Detectives believe additional persons present at the rally are in possession of video that would be helpful to the investigation.
