The depicted male, Parrish Christopher Platt, was last seen at 4:30PM on 11/19/2020 at his home on Winters Chapel Road in Dunwoody. Mr. Platt was last seen wearing an older straw hat, sunglasses around his neck, a light blue long sleeve shirt depicting a panda eating bamboo on the front, black pants, and black shoes. Mr. Platt is disabled, suffers from Parkinson’s disease, and is described as having diminished mental capacity. Mr. Platt DOES NOT have the ability to communicate verbally. Parrish Christopher Platt is known to walk the Winters Chapel corridor between his home address and Peachtree Industrial Blvd.
