* WHAT...South winds 55 to 65 mph with gusts up to 85 mph.
* WHERE...Central Aleutians including Adak and Atka.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
