City of Idalou Offices to Close to the Public beginning Tuesday, November 24, 2020.
Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, the City of Idalou will close City facilities to the public beginning Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Staff will evaluate confirmed cases to determine when offices may reopen.
City Utility Payments:
The drive-thru window will be open from 8a-5p, Monday-Friday. You may also call in your payments to 806-892-2531 and we will be happy to take credit card payment over the phone.
City of Idalou Municipal Court:
The Idalou Municipal Court may be contacted at 806-892-2531. Hearings for the Court will be conducted via Zoom. Payments on a citation may be made at the drive-thru window or by calling 806-892-2531.
