On Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 2:22 p.m., the Kern County Sheriff's Office received a report of two lost hikers at Tehachapi Mountain Park. Deputies and Search and Rescue were unable to locate the hikers, and the Sheriff's Office air unit was dispatched. The air unit located the hikers and was able to assist deputies and Search and Rescue in reaching them. The subjects were escorted back to their vehicles in good condition.
