SCE Restoring Power to Lake Forest Circuit 
Southern California Edison began restoring power to the foothill communities of Lake Forest about 12:30 p.m. Friday.
Power had been shut off to minimize the risk of wildfire during high winds.
SCE representatives were scheduled to be at Portola Park (Glenn Ranch/Saddleback Ranch Roads) until 6 p.m. Friday to answer questions and distribute customer care kits.
