No overnight parking restrictions 11/30/2020 
Minor flooding in localized areas is predicated, however we don't have any info that suggest any problem with it on Front Street. So we are not expecting any significant flooding from tonight's rain fall, but we are allowing vehicles to park on Water Street for the overnight. Winter Parking restriction will be back in effect 12/1/2020 @ 1100pm.
