Happy Post Thanksgiving Week

Now that we've all begun our recovery from the feast last week, we need to get into shape for the December holidays - by joining the Semper Fit Fat Burning or Semper Fit Minis programs for the month of December.

Registration is open now for these 8 session programs that begin on December 2nd - so register today.  Classes are led by Semper Fit instructor Coach Vince on Wednesdays and Fridays for the next 4 weeks.

Don't forget to submit your entry for the Gingerbread House Contest and vote for the Best Thanksgiving Tablescape, and register for the Winter CSI Camp.
