Victim offers reward for stolen laptop 
On Sunday, November 29, 2020, Kisha McDowell called officers to report that her vehicle had been broken into and her laptop had been stolen. The vehicle was parked at Wal-Mart when the larceny occurred.
She is offering a reward for the return of her laptop. Please see the attached reward poster for more information.
