On December 1, 2020 at about 7:59 am, deputies responded to the orchards in the area of Corn Camp Road and Hwy 58 for a report of a deceased male. Upon arrival, they located the male and initiated a callout of Homicide Detectives.
Further investigation revealed the male suffered from traumatic injury and had been reported missing. The identity of the victim will be withheld pending notification of next of kin.
