11/23/2020 – 11/25/2020. An unknown suspect used a credit card to unlock a window and then used the window to gain access to the interior. The suspect removed two tablet computers from an office. #05275
Vehicle Burglary
1300 block N Harper Avenue
11/23/2020 @ 2230-1300. An unknown suspect removed $300 cash from the glove compartment and a duffel bag containing clothing, cosmetics, and garage remote key from the back seat. No sign of forced entry. #05273

11/24/2020 @ 2000. A man used an opening in the vehicle gate to gain entry to the sub parking garage and removed a 2020 Tesla that was parked inside. #05267
Strong Arm Robbery (Attempt)
400 block Westmount Drive
11/24/2020 @ 1540. A woman was walking SB on Westmount Drive when a man approached her from behind and attempted to pull the victim’s purse from her shoulder. A struggle ensued and the victim fell to the ground but retained possession of her purse. The suspect fled the area on foot. #05259

600 block N Almont Drive
11/24/2020 @ 1915-2115. An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed a laptop computer from underneath the front passenger’s seat. #05264

11/25/2020 – 11/27/2020. An unknown suspect pried the rear door open to gain access and ransacked the manager’s office and removed two IPad computers. #05290
Vehicle Burglary
1000 block Edinburgh Avenue
11/25/2020 @ 0001-1430. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a laptop bag containing a laptop computer, IPad, Apple pencil, and cell phone from the rear floorboard. The suspect also removed a backpack containing a drone from the back seat. #05285

Strong Arm Robbery (Suspect Arrested)
7900 block Santa Monica Blvd
11/26/2020 @ 2100. A man removed a Gatorade, candy, and three packs of cookies from a display area and left the store without payment. An employee confronted the suspect outside the store and a short struggle ensued. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #05286

11/27/2020 @ 2340. A man forced a rear door open to gain access and removed several bottles of alcohol from the kitchen. #05304

11/29/2020 @ 0539. A man used a side door to gain entry and pried the manager’s office door open. The suspect removed a safe from the office. #05312
Armed Robbery (Suspect Arrested)
7100 block Santa Monica Blvd
11/29/2020 @ 1730. A woman was sitting on a bench when a man approached her while holding a screwdriver in his hand and demanded her cell phone and the victim complied. The suspect fled the area on foot and was located and arrested by responding deputies and the cell phone was recovered. #05315
