Felony OWI 4th Offense 
On Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 1:41 a.m., a Middleton Police Officer observed a vehicle deviating from its lane of traffic multiple times and crossing the center line. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in the 7100 block of Elmwood Avenue in the City of Middleton. The driver was identified as Eric Morgan, 46 years old, of Madison.
The officer noted a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Morgan. Morgan submitted to field sobriety testing and was subsequently arrested for 4th offense operating while under the influence (OWI), which is a felony. In addition, Morgan was cited for operating after revocation of his driver’s license and deviating from designated traffic lane.
