Care Centers Open, Roads Closed Due to Bond Fire 
Two care centers are open for evacuees forced from their homes by the Bond Fire: at El Toro High School and the Refinery at Saddleback Church.
Several roads are also closed in Portola Hills and Foothill Ranch, which remain under mandatory evacuation.
The Bond Fire, which began Wednesday night in Silverado Canyon, was burning in Modjeska Canyon. Winds were blowing embers in several directions.
