VICTIM: Confidential – 9-year-old female
SUMMARY:
On November 23, 2020, Investigators assigned to the Hesperia and Apple Valley Sheriff's Department investigated allegations of sexual molestation that involved a 9-year-old female victim who disclosed she was molested by 41-year-old Donald Cook in his residence in the Town of Apple Valley.
On December 2, 2020, Investigators served an arrest warrant at Cook's Apple Valley residence. Investigators collected evidence that will assist in the prosecution of this case. Donald Paul Cook was arrested and booked at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department's High Desert Detention Center for violation of PC 288.7 (b). Oral Copulation Victim under the age of 10
