Increased OWI Patrols in December 
Officers from the Muskegon Police Department are participating in a Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning Enforcement Federal Grant aimed at deterring Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). Increased patrols will focus on looking for motor vehicle operators driving under the influence in the month of December.
