City Hall to remain Closed through December 20th 
Following Governor Whitmer's update today, City Officials have decided to keep City Hall closed to the public through December 20th. The city will update residents as more information is received or regarding any additional precautions. Residents are also encouraged to visit the city website at www.harperwoodscity.org for information.
