The Grant County Sheriff’s Office in Ephrata will be closed beginning tomorrow morning, Tuesday, December 8, 2020. The closure is in effect until further notice.
This temporary closure is due to four members of Corrections Division who have tested positive for COVID-19. Close contacts of any of these four people have been notified. There are no reported cases with any inmates.
During this closure, Support Specialists who staff the administrative front office will be working remotely. The public will still be able to reach the administrative office staff at 509-754-2011.
This office closure does not impact the Sheriff’s Office’s response to emergency or non-emergency calls for service.
CPL renewals are still available online; new CPLs continue to remain unavailable.
