LOCATED- MISSING AUTISTIC MALE CARTERET, NJ

On 12/7/2020 at approximately 18:34 hours the above picture male was reported missing by his wife and family. Jaginder was last seen leaving his residence wearing a dark gray skull cap, blue hooded jacket, green short sleeve shirt, light blue jeans, and brown slip on sneakers. Singh who is Autistic is known to leave the residence alone and return at approximately 14:00 hours for lunch. Destination is unknown at this time. Singh is without any I.D. or currency and does not speak English.
