SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Elite “PANTHER” Unit Stalks And Capture Man Who Kidnapped His Child By Gunpoint At Mother!

Early this morning at approximately 5:30 am, Clayton County Police responded to  Falcon Crest Drive in Jonesboro, Ga  on a domestic dispute resulting in the kidnapping of a child.

Upon arrival, Officers discovered that a man identified as Jermaine Bagley began walking around his child’s mother’s house with a handgun.  Bagley began knocking on her windows around her home with the black handgun. Once Bagley didn't get an answer, he walked around from the side of the house to the front and confronted his child’s mother and struggled with her on the porch.  After she was able to break free and run to her vehicle, Bagley pointed his gun at her and demanded she open the door in three seconds or he would shoot her.

Bagley then ran back up to the door and walked in the house threatening his child’s mother’s sister with the gun who was holding the 3 year old baby.  Bagley told her that if she didn't give him the baby, he would shoot her while waiving the gun at her. The sister of the victim gave Bagley the baby and he fled the scene.  As a result, Clayton County Police put out a Amber alert to find Bagley and the child.

When Sheriff Victor Hill was notified of the incident, he immediately called the elite unit (“PANTHER”) that he created to deal with extreme domestic violence of this nature.  The Panther Unit’s mission is to “stalk the stalkers” and today they did just that!

On orders to find Bagley and the child before sundown, members of the elite domestic violence task force had Bagley in custody and the child safely back with the mother before 3pm.  Bagley is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known as The Hill-ton”.

Warning:  If your emotional immaturity cause you to assault and stalk women, leave Clayton County or expect to be stalked by PANTHER!
