Calaveras Narcotics Enforcement Unit & Probation Arrest, (San Andreas, CA)
On December 8, 2020, the Calaveras Narcotics Enforcement Unit assisted the Calaveras County Probation Department in conducting a search of a residence in the 400 block of Foothill Court in San Andreas. The probation search was conducted due to the probation terms of Donald Luft, Jr. During the search, 28 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, Shurikens (Ninja Stars), and evidence of drug sales were seized.
Luft, age 55 of San Andreas, was booked into the Calaveras County Jail on charges of 11378 H&S Possession for sale of Controlled Substances, 11379 H&S Sale or Transportation of Controlled Substances, 11364 H&S Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 22410 PC Possession of Shurikens. He is being held with a bail of $30,000.00.
