COVID-19 Small Business Assistance Grant Program Phase 2 
The City of Ripon has created a Small Business Assistance Grant Program Phase 2 to help offset the continued economic impacts from COVID-19. This program offers another grant of $3,000 to cover Rent/Mortgage, Utilities and Payroll to eligible small business establishments that have been affected by the State of California's Executive Order mandating re-closure of non-essential businesses.
