While investigating a series of thefts in Arrowbear, Deputy King arrested Andrew Rios for poss of stolen property

LOCATION: 32000 block of Squirrel Lane, Community of Arrowbear
SUSPECT: Andrew Ernest Rios, 22-year-old resident of Arrowbear
VICTIM(S): Multiple victims in Arrowbear
SUMMARY:
On December 10, 2020, deputies from the Twin Peaks Station began to investigate a series of thefts occurring at businesses and residences within the community of Arrowbear. Through investigation, Deputy King identified Andrew Rios as a suspect in the thefts. A search warrant was executed at Rios' home and deputies recovered confirmed stolen property, valued over $2000. The items recovered were sporting goods Rios attempted to sell over the internet.
Rios was arrested and booked into jail pending charges of PC 496(a) - Felony possession of stolen property and PC 12022.1 - committing crime while on bail/O.R. release.
