MISSING CHILD LOCATED 
UPDATE: We have located Noriyah and she is OK! Her mother is in custody and under investigation for child endangerment. We plan to submit the case file to prosecutors today.
MISSING CHILD: 3-year-old Noriyah King. 3’0 tall, 45 lbs, possibly wearing an orange or pink coat. She was last seen at 7 p.m. Dec. 10 in the area of 38th and Highland. She was wearing the clothes in the Santa Claus picture when she was last seen. Call 911 if you know where she is.
