SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Elite PANTHER Unit Stalks Another Violent Domestic Stalker Ending In Capture!

“Stalking the stalkers” is the mission of the elite PANTHER unit to deal with those who Sheriff Hill often refers to as “domestic violence terrorist”.  These type of suspects are not only dangerous to their domestic victims, but to anyone inside the radius of their violent actions.

Last night, Clayton County Police along with Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite “Panther” Unit responded to Overlook Terrace  in College Park, Georgia to a domestic violence call where the female victim called stating that suspect Samuel Morris was outside with a handgun trying to make entry to her home to harm her.

Prior to this incident, on 11-27-2020 Norris had pistol whip the female victim repeatedly against her body and head with a black handgun by Norris in front of her girlfriend who tried to stop him.  Norris pointed the handgun at his victim’s girlfriend and told her if she touched him again, he would shoot her in the face. Norris hit the victim in the face with an open hand, grabbed her around the throat to where she couldn’t breathe and punched her a few times all while in the presence of the children under the age of 18.    Norris then threatened the victim that if she would kill any cop that responded to the scene if she called.  Norris threats did not stop the victim from calling.

Units that arrived on scene observed Norris fleeing on foot in the area of W. Lee’s Mill Road and Poplar Springs Drive into the wood line. A search of the area was conducted utilizing a K9, but Norris was not found.

“Find him before sunrise” were the orders of the Sheriff to his elite “Panther” unit who continued to hunt for Norris leading them to Fayette County.  While conducting surveillance, Norris was seen exiting a home and entering an Uber. A traffic stop was conducted, and Norris wisely peacefully surrendered.

Norris is now in “The Hill-ton” where he is facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.

Remember, if you are the victim of domestic violence, or know someone who is being stalked, do not hesitate to contact our “PANTHER” unit for assistance at 770-477-4479.
