* WHERE...Tidal portions of Atlantic, Cape May, and Cumberland Counties in New Jersey.
* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor tidal flooding may occur with the Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning and evening high tides.
