VICTIM:Mark Mondaine, 36 years old, resident of Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT: Unknown
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, December 12, 2020, deputies were called to a residence on Church St. and the victim, identified as Mark Mondaine, was found deceased in the apartment by a family member. Deputies noted some suspicious circumstances at the scene and requested Homicide Detectives to conduct the investigation.
Detectives determined that a family member spoke with Mondaine late Friday night, and when they were unable to reach him following that conversation, they went to his apartment Saturday night and found him deceased.
Details regarding the motive and the victim’s cause of death are not being released at this time. The investigation is ongoing, and updates will be issued as information becomes releasable.
