* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute Wednesday and the morning commute Thursday. The heavy wet snow combined with gusty winds could result in sporadic power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is anticipated to move into the region southwest to northeast late Wednesday morning into the afternoon. The snow may become heavy at times by late afternoon into the evening.
