Winter Street Construction and Detour:

Winter Street will be closed from Lincoln Street to Linden Street for a drainage repair, as follows:
Wednesday, December 21st from 7:00 AM to approximately 6:00 PM.
Motorists are asked to follow the detour signs or seek alternative routes.
During construction times, Winter Street will be closed to "thru-traffic".
