WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut and southeast New York, including the Lower Hudson Valley.
WHEN...From 2 PM Wednesday to 1 PM EST Thursday.
IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds and heavy wet snow could bring down scattered to numerous tree branches along the coast.
