Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Team Recap December 9, 2020
On December 9th, 2020, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Unit served a search warrant for illegal marijuana cultivation in the 10400 block of Fricot City Rd, in San Andreas. Deputies seized 43 growing marijuana plants and 34 pounds of processed marijuana with an estimated value exceeding $24,000. Additionally, 7 firearms were seized.
Timothy Lanning, age 42 of San Andreas, was issued a citation on charges of 11358 H&S Illegal Marijuana Cultivation, 11359 H&S Possession of Marijuana for Sale, and 11366 H&S Maintaining a Premises for Sales of a Controlled Substance.
