Snow Plowing Done for the Evening 
All operations have ceased for the evening. The city will resume its snow emergency tomorrow at 7am.
All Avenues & Streets south of the Arsenal have been completed. Residents may resume normal parking in those areas.
Avenues & Streets north of the Arsenal that have not been cleared will be completed tomorrow beginning in the morning. Police officers will make announcements when the plows are nearing your neighborhood. Please be ready to move your car within 15-20 mins of the officer's announcements. If your neighborhood has already been cleared of snow, you may resume normal parking.
The City will attempt to plow alleys tomorrow. Thursday's garbage pick-up will be collected tomorrow as well.
