12/14/2020 @ 1405. A man removed 61 bottles of mascara from a display area and left the store without payment. #05505

12/14/2020 @ 1505. Four men removed miscellaneous perfume bottles from display areas and left the store without payment. #05506

12/14/2020 @ 1651. A man used an unlocked front door to gain entry and removed an IPad from the living room. #05522

1200 block Hayworth Avenue
12/14/2020 @ 1338-1358. A man used an unlocked window to gain access and was confronted in the living room by the homeowner. The victim ran to the bathroom and notified WHD. The suspect was gone when deputies arrived. #05569

12/16/2020 @ 1815. A man was walking WB on Santa Monica Blvd when a man approached him while riding a bicycle. The suspect was holding a metal pipe in his hand and swung the pipe towards the victim’s head. The suspect fled the area on his bike and was arrested by responding deputies. #05536

12/16/2020 @ 1900. A man arranged to sell his PlayStation online and met the suspect in the parking lot to complete the transaction. The suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded the PlayStation and the victim complied. #05539

12/17/2020 @ 1846. A woman was looking at her phone when a man tried to pull the phone from the victim’s hands. A short struggle ensued and the suspect gained possession of the phone and fled the area on foot. #05555
