* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch. Northwest winds gusting as high as 50 to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and south central Nebraska, including the Interstate 80 corridor from Kearney to York.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening, although snow and blizzard conditions will likely end in parts of the area before this.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous travel expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less at times, causing white-out conditions. Strong winds could cause tree damage and isolated power outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard conditions have been and will continue to be more persistent in this area than earlier expected, prompting this upgrade to a Blizzard Warning.
