* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening, although snow and blizzard conditions will likely end in parts of the area before this.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous travel expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less at times, causing white-out conditions. Strong winds could cause tree damage and isolated power outages.
