Snow Emergency issued for Sleepy Eye at 10 pm tonight 12-23-20. 
The City of Sleepy Eye is declaring a snow emergency for tonight (12/23/2020) at 10 pm. Vehicles in the downtown area will have until midnight to move to off street parking.
