Extreme road conditions this evening. No travel is advised until tomorrow as the storm clears. 
I am asking all citizens to stay home and only travel if an emergency arises. Tow trucks and plows have been pulled off the roads. If you must travel bring a winter survival kit. It is unknown how long it will take Law Enforcement to get to any trapped motorists. Law Enforcement is struggling to get to locations outside of the of the city.
