A Christmas cheer heart “warning” message for criminals and fugitives that want to avoid spending Christmas at “The Hill-ton”, is to avoid Clayton County by any means necessary.  Frederick Luma who has been a Fugitive from justice since June of 2019 for killing a 8 month infant by inflicting trauma to the child’s head found this out the hard way today.  Luma was successful at evading capture until he unknowingly entered the jurisdiction of Clayton County.  Luma was unpleasantly surprised when he found himself surrounded by members of the elite Fugitive Squad and taken into custody within the last hour.  

Soon Luma will understand the severity of his jurisdictional misstep when he arrives at “The Hill-ton” where he will find himself facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
