Felony OWI 4th Offense
On Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 1:05 a.m., a Middleton Police Officer observed a vehicle deviating from its lane of traffic multiple times. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle on University Avenue at Eagle Drive in the City of Middleton. The driver was identified as Albert Landrum, 32 years old, of Madison. The officer discovered open intoxicants within the vehicle and noticed Landrum smelled of intoxicants.
Landrum submitted to field sobriety testing and was subsequently arrested for 4th offense operating while under the influence (OWI), which is a felony. In addition, Landrum was cited for operating after revocation of his driver’s license.
