Two suspects were arrested for a commercial burglary that occurred at the American Legion on December 6th

SUSPECT(S): Juan Norato, 31 years old, resident of San Bernardino
Felicetta Sarmento, 24 years old, resident of San Bernardino
VICTIM: American Legion
SUMMARY:
On December 6, 2020, deputies were dispatched to the American Legion reference a burglary report. It was reported items were stolen from a storage building on the property and during the investigation, it was determined Juan Norato and Felicetta Sarmento were responsible for the burglary. On December 24, 2020, detectives from the Highland Police Station served a search warrant at a residence in San Bernardino. During the service of the warrant, Juan Norato and Felicetta Sarmento were contacted at the residence and the stolen items were located and recovered.
Juan Norato and Felicetta Sarmento were interviewed at the scene and later transported to the local jail and booked for commercial burglary.
