Power Outages and Toad Closures 
Overnight a number of downed trees and wires caused power outages and road closures. North Highland Avenue (Route 9) is closed between Piping Rock Drive and Old Albany Post Road. Hawkes Avenue is closed from the Route 9A entrance ramp to the Fox Hill Condominiums. ConEdison is notified and we are anxiously waiting for resources.
