Fireworks can be popped from 12/19-1/1/2021 from 8 am-10 pm. NYE they can be popped until 1 am New Years Day 
FIREWORKS
Permitted dates and hours for sale, discharge, ignition or explosion. The sale, discharge, ignition or explosion of fireworks authorized for sale pursuant to R.S. 51:652—51:660, is prohibited within the town limits, except between June 27 and July 4, inclusive, and December 19 and January 1, inclusive, of each year. On such dates set forth in this subsection, it shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, ignite or explode fireworks within the city limits between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.; provided, however, that such activities shall not be unlawful on December 31 of each year between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. and on January 1 of each year between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m
