Missing Person- Request for the Public's Help to Locate 
Lucas Horan (39 yrs old) was last seen on 12/24/2020 on the shoreline near the Emeryville Marina in the water swimming from a vessel. Lucas has not been heard from since. Lucas was last seen wearing a gray fleece jacket, unknown color shirt and jeans.
