#LASD *UPDATE* Homicide Detectives responded to a Shooting Death Investigation, 207th Street and Seine Ave, Lakewood
Los Angeles County Homicide Detectives are continuing their investigation into the shooting death of a male Black adult that occurred on the 20600 block of Seine Ave in Lakewood on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at approximately 4 p.m.
Detectives have learned that Deputies assigned to Lakewood Station responded to the location regarding a gunshot victim call.
Upon their arrival, Deputies found the victim inside of his vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Deputies attempted life-saving efforts on the victim until the arrival of the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Once paramedics arrived on scene, life-saving efforts were continued, but the victim was ultimately pronounced deceased at the scene.
The only suspect information available at this time is possibly a 4-door vehicle that was last seen leaving the area.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information at this time.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are responding to 207th Street and Seine Ave, Lakewood to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man.
The victim was pronounced dead at scene.
