The City of Windom is declaring a snow emergency at midnight Tuesday, 12/29/20 until noon Wednesday 12/30/20. See attachment for details. 
Vehicles parked in the City of Windom streets and alleys will be ticketed and may be towed beginning at midnight until noon. Any vehicle that is parked in the public parking lots must be removed no later than 6 hours after the end of the snow emergency, so they can be plowed.
