City Snow Emergency is in effect. 
The City of Hastings has begun Snow Emergency procedures. City crews will be out late into the evening and then back on roads again early tomorrow morning to work on snow and ice control. It will take multiple passes before streets are cleared to their full width.
A Snow Emergency AUTOMATICALLY goes into effect when 2 inches of snow have accumulated. Vehicles must be moved off the street until your road has been cleared.
Hastings Police will ticket and/or tow vehicles that are not in compliance. The cost of a Snow Emergency parking violation is $77.
Instructions:
Move vehicles off the street until plows have cleared the road to its full width.
