12/21/2020 @ 0257. A man pried the front door open to gain access and searched the interior but did not take anything. #05596

9200 block Sunset Blvd
12/07/2020 – 12/21/2020. An unknown suspect pried an office safe open and removed cash. No sign of forced entry to the office or the building. #05598
December 22nd

600 block N Robertson Blvd
12/22/2020 @ 2000-0530. An unknown suspect removed cash from the register and a tablet computer from the interior. No sign of forced entry. #05621
Armed Robbery
7700 block Norton Avenue
12/22/2020 @ 1830. A woman was walking to her apartment when a man ran approached and demanded her purse. A struggle ensued and the suspect tased the victim several times and then pulled the victim’s purse away and fled the area on foot. #05609

12/23/2020 @ 0345. An unknown suspect forced the front door open and removed two laptop computers from the interior. #05618

8400 block Sunset Blvd
12/24/2020 @ 1918. A man forced a rooftop door open to gain access and was arrested inside the business by responding deputies. #05639

1200 block N Kings Road
12/25/2020 @ 0035. A man and a woman used a key to gain access to the lobby area and removed unsecured packages from the mail room. The suspects also used a key to unlock resident mail boxes and removed mail. #05644

8900 block Melrose Avenue
12/26/2020 @ 0435. An unknown suspect smashed the rear glass door to gain entry and removed 17 purses from a display area. #05649
Armed Robbery (Attempt)
500 block Sweetzer Avenue
12/26/2020 @ 1859. A man was standing at the base of the apartment complex staircase when a man approached while armed with a handgun and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim screamed and the suspect fled the area on foot. #05659
December 27th
Other Burglary (Suspect Arrested)
8600 block Santa Monica Blvd
12/27/2020 @ 1300. A man removed a ring, employee name tags, and keys from the interior. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. No sign of forced entry. #05667
