...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Significant icing, downed tree limbs, and power outages
  expected. Total ice accumulations of one quarter to one third
  of an inch and wind gusts to 30 mph are expected.

* WHERE...Grundy and La Salle Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
  combined weight of ice and gusty winds. Travel will be
  difficult on untreated roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain may change to liquid rain
  during the afternoon, and possibly briefly back to snow toward
  evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an
emergency. Prepare for possible power outages.
